Services we offer our owner clients:

Tenant Services

We will aggressively market your property for rent, as well as pre-screen potential tenants for both credit worthiness as well as conduct background & criminal checks. We will become your tenant’s primary point of contact; handling any question, concern, or maintenance request they may have. We make a point of building a rapport with your tenants to foster solid, long lasting relationships with you and Elm Street Realtors®

Lease Administration

Elm Street Realtors will prepare and execute your lease agreement on your behalf. We will also ensure that all parties are in agreement to any addendums that may apply to your unique situation. When a lease is due for renewal, we will research the market conditions and consult with you regarding renewal terms before sending renewal notices to your tenants.

Accounting Services

We maintain security deposits in special, separate accounts on your behalf, as well as collecting rents and depositing those fees directly into your designated account. We will gladly tailor any of your properties’ account payable to suit your needs

Maintenance Services

Elm Street Realtors has had the good fortune of building relationships with reputable contractors. On the chance that a maintenance issue arises, we will ensure that the repair is done correctly the first time, while keeping your bottom line in mind.
