Evangeline is a long-time Sycamore resident and the proud mother of three children. Evangeline loves working in real estate, spending time with family, scrapbooking, and reading. Evangeline will be continuing the family tradition at Elm Street REALTORS® working alongside her husband Travis Velazquez who is a Real Estate Agent and Mother In-law, Broker / Owner, Nancy Edwards. Evangeline plans to spend her Real Estate career alongside her husband Travis to form a bilingual husband and wife team to better serve Spanish and English-speaking clients.

Evangeline and Travis are both Certified Home Staging Consultants! This designation is currently held by fewer than 800 agents in the State of Illinois. This certification helps incorporate an array of staging services from personally consulting the seller on how to “declutter” the home to incorporating an array of professional staging services.
